1. Shipping Locations
We deliver across India to all major cities and regions. For any remote locations, please check delivery availability during checkout.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details.
3. Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: Typically, it takes 5–7 business days for delivery to most locations.
Expedited Delivery: Available upon request with an additional charge, delivering within 2–3 business days for select locations.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over INR 500. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number on our website or through the courier partner's site to track your package.
6. Shipping Issues or Delays
While we work with trusted delivery partners, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed and do our best to ensure prompt delivery.
7. Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, you may be charged for re-shipping.
