Usage Instructions:
Weight Loss & Sexual Wellness Capsules: Take one capsule with lukewarm water 30 minutes before breakfast.
For Lotion: Massage gently on highly faty area.
For Digestive Wellness: Take 1 capsule with lukewarm water 30 minutes After lunch.
